J'ai un cowboy Classic C4, et j'ai acheté un Tenways CGO009 suite a une panne de mon Cowboy C4. J'ai réparé le Cowboy entre temps. Je dois dire que je préfère largement mon ancien Cowboy, beaucoup plus nerveux, l'adaptive power est un vrai plus. La position de conduite est totalement différente , peut-être moins avec un cruiser. Franchement, si Cowboy n'était pas aussi mauvais pour le SAv et autant en danger de faillite, je choisirais largement leur vélo, mais hélas, je redoute qu'il ne soit trop tard pour cette société pour sauver son business

r/tenwaysebike · CGO 009- Looking for long term reviews I bought one last may after my classic 600pro was stolen. The cgo009 is okay but nowhere near the 600pro. I do like the more upright position but the PAS sucks in my opinion, in comparison to the 600pro. The boost button doesn’t always work and when it does, it reacts after 3-5 seconds so the whole point of a boost is useless. Also the battery life is a downgrade compared to the 600pro. So is it bad? No, but if I could choose again I would have bought the classic 600pro.

Had to get it replaced, Tenways sent a new part and payed for the replacement costs. Had a Cowboy 3 before that, belt snapped after 1,5 years, rear screw holding the seat in place broke off after 1,5 years, front fork broken internally after 2 years.

r/tenwaysebike · How many people here have had problems with their Tenways e-bike? Im just getting my CGO009 repaired due to cable damage. Where the cable enters the frame at the front handlebars, the rubber is damaged. Consequently one cable there was cut. Most likely happened when pulling the bike (over two years) from a bikes rack. Could have repaired myself, but due to leasing im outsourcing.

Even it feels slower (weight and seat Positioning), it was the better choice. But be aware of the pretty short batterypower in the highest Support Level (around 30 km). It that is ok for you, go for the 009.

Repairs have been at 2 different shops who both seem competent enough. Most telling thing is me walking in yesterday and there being 2 other people with the exact same bike and similar issues there at the same time.

Vorige week nog begaf het licht het ineens. Het voelt voorals alsof ze de laagste kwaliteit materialen hebben genomen, alles gaat snel stuk.

r/Netherlands · Buying a TENWAYS CGO009 from tenways.com or a dealer in Amsterdam? I have two. But one of those have a front wheel which is either not well installed or defective. It's running but also touching the break a little bit. If it were a dealer I could easily go back. Now I'm in a support discussion which I have just given up.

I personally prefer the fast riding of the cgo 600 and its amazing pull when you press the foot on its pedals. Feels natural and much nicer than the 900 which is heavier
