  I have a Coway Airmega 400 in the main living room and a Coway Airmega Mighty in the front and back of the house. We love them! Three cats. People with cat allergies come over and are able to stay for a long time without issue, the purifiers have really done wonders for our general air quality. Highly recommend Coway!

  I have two Coway Airmegas (300 and 400) and one Austin Air Bedroom Machine. They've all been running for 24 hours a day for over 5 years and have held up great. They are all easy to move around. The Coways are light and the Austin Air is heavier but has wheels. If you don't want to clean the outer filter at least monthly, don't get a Coway. If you can't deal with something that's pretty loud on the highest setting, don't get an Austin Air.

  The Coway Airmega 400 sounds best for our needs, but I'd like to know from anyone who has one, if the running noise bothered their dogs. I just sent back my Mill food grounds machine because our new rescue dog couldn't stand the noise (which frankly I could barely hear). Our other dog didn't have a problem with it. And how is it on pet hair?

  The displayed PM2.5 value on our 3 Core 600S is completely off by around +20ųg/m3 so need to ignore that and use a third party air quality meter. We have a Core 300s as well for the office which displays correct values, not sure what that's about. Other than that, they are fantastic at cleaning the air! We went for the bigger 600S for our 35m2 bedroom because it allows to have it on lower fan speeds at night for similar CADR as the smaller models at max speed which is too loud for sleeping. We live in a dusty climate and keep the device at speed 1-2 at night and the rooms PM2.5 and PM1.0 are consistently at 2-3ųg/m3 now. Best bang for your buck for sure. Coway Airmega 400 has the same CADR and costs 2x as much for example.
