r/Roborock · How do you guys handle multiple floors? I once did that, but stopped too early apparently, so that it thought the docking has not finished. After carrying it upstairs, it "finished undocking", and suddenly showed a second docking station in the middle of my bath room, and avoided that area completely while cleaning. :-( Had to remap the floor to have this non-existent dock removed.

r/Roborock · How do you guys handle multiple floors? I have the same situation and it sucks because the advertising is that it can work on multiple levels. I think they don’t really want it to work so they can sell more units to people who’ll spend thousands on robot vacuums.

r/Roborock · How do you guys handle multiple floors? That’s essentially what I do. I wait for the robot to wash the mop then after it’s done I move it upstairs. There’s no other way to change this until they make a stair climbing robot (there’s a prototype!!!) or you buy multiple robots. However, once the robot is done and returns to the dock it should wash the mop automatically. I’m not sure what the issue is there. Did you set your app to make the mop wash manually instead of automatically??

If it hasn’t been released, don’t list it as out of stock. It sounds like you are limiting the number of people who can get the intro price. If it isn’t on sale, then it is unethical to advertise that it is. Will that price be available on 3/23? Unclear. Marketing team: do better!
