Mova Z60 Ultra

Mova Z60 Ultra, packshot

r/RobotVacuums · Skeptical after Vacuum Wars rankings. Best robot mop if budget isn’t an issue?

I’m planning on selling my x60 max that I have at my other house as soon as I figure out how to install this auto refill drain flow 2 at my main house and replacing the x60 with my used flow 2. Honestly through all software updates the flow 2 has been the best mopper I’ve used, the other rollers I’ve owned that this replaced are the mova z60 and ecovacs x11. I really haven’t had any issues with the mop whatsoever

r/RobotVacuums · Which roller mop for 1st robot vacuum?

I have the Mova Z60 and I absolutely love it. I would however not recommend it as a standalone robot. As for the NARWAL Flow, I've been seeing not that great experiences on the NARWAL subreddit that made me hesitant to recommend it.

r/RobotVacuums · Which roller mop for 1st robot vacuum?

Aside from that, I personally would never go back to spinning mops. I recognize that there are some issues in some units but when you do get a solid unit, it's fantastic. The deep cleaning when mopping is unmatchable.

r/RobotVacuums · Which roller mop for 1st robot vacuum?

Let me explain: The Mova Z60 excels in navigation and cleaning in my personal experience. It excels in mopping and the vacuum is great as well. The reason why I do not recommend it AS A STANDALONE vacuum is purely because I don't think the battery life is great. In actuality, this may not even be a issue for you because it comes with a feature that lets the robot pause a task to go recharge. But in my case, I have four pets who shed heavily and the Z60 alone would never be able to keep up on the hair maintenance. I personally do the Mova Z60 + Dreame L40 combo. The L40 runs more frequently and focuses purely on vacuuming. The Z60 sectionally vacuums then mops the apartment throughout the week.

There haven't been any issues with the Mova Z60 or the Dreame Ultra Track though. The primary leaking issue is with the Aqua 10 right now and Dreame is mostly already planning on recalling those units if its discovered that it is a hardware issue. I own the Mova Z60 right now and it's a absolute beast.

r/RobotVacuums · Had Enough- Dreame Aqua 10 ultra is going back - what should I get as a replacement?

I was making breakfast the other morning and had the Z60 vacuum the hallway. After it was done it came back into the morning room to dock and I heard it keep trying. I looked at it and immediately knew something was off with the wheels. The whole Z60 was not level and when it would back up it was going crooked. One of the actuator motors for when it goes over a threshold got stuck or somehow the two motors got out of sync. Poor thing. I had to turn it off and on a few times to get it to reset all the motors. So yeah I've had some weird issues.

Awesome. I had issues with the x9 going in a straight line with a quarter trim. I'm still waiting for support to push out an update, which I said would be out today, to try and fix my z60 side mop going up on the quarter trim when the mop extends. Right now I have the side mop extending turned off due to this issue, as this is the only real problem I have with the vacuum I'm hoping this fixes the issue. Basically, they also said that if this fixed the issue with me, they would push this out publicly as well. We will see.

r/RobotVacuums · Skeptical after Vacuum Wars rankings. Best robot mop if budget isn’t an issue?

The Eufy s2 only scored a 2.80 in the mopping score. The Narwal flow 2 also scored pretty poorly at 2.66 (however. apparently there was a software update that was not installed prior to testing). I was in a very similar situation to you where I was looking for the absolute best mopping robot with no budget (check my prior posts). I have a mostly tile home with a kitchen that easily shows stains. I settled on the Mova z60 ultra. I believe it is third on vacuum wars (3.66) behind the T90 pro Omni (3.90). Since everyone is recommending the flow 2 I’ll just tell you why I picked this over the flow. Compared to the flow 2 The Z60 has a higher downward pressure (12N vs 17N I believe) and it rotates the mop 30rpm faster. The flow 2 mops with 60 degrees hot water but once the water actually reaches the floor I believe it would be cold anyway. Whilst specs are not everything my experience with the z60 has been very good. Compared to my old Z50 which has the same track mop as the flow 2 with higher pressure (18N) and 30 degree mopping the Z60 performs significantly better. Maybe the roller (instead of track) mop is just more effective at removing stains? Whilst I may be inherently biased towards the Z60, my decision was primarily based upon reviews and experiences with the Mova Z50. If I were you I would get either a z60 ultra (or the newer z70 ultra) or the T90 pro Omni. If you live in a country with good consumer protection laws I wouldn’t bother researching too much as it drove me absolutely crazy sorting through all of the paid reviews. Just try one of them out.

r/RobotVacuums · Help me pick a robot vacuum with roller mop (Eufy S2 Omni, Ecovacs T9 Pro Omni, Ecovacs X12 Omnicyclone, or Dreame Aqua 10 Ultra)

I currently have three of the four and did briefly own the Aqua 10 before it began leaking. The Eufy S2 and Ecovacs X12 both have serious firmware issues right now. The S2 doesn't like to extend its mop roller and also doesn't identify pet waste or liquid spills as shown in the marketing. There's no mop only mode and it will suck anything liquid up into its main brush. I also find the transforming noise of the wheels highly annoying and it's not even on sale as $1300 is its typical price. The X12 is a good value, but there are serious navigation issues and I've had it move its base station on the map into other rooms causing lots of directional issues. I'm still reviewing it, but it's a no go for me. The T90 is an excellent value and I don't currently have any issues with it other than it does have a very small filter and dust bin as you mentioned. The Roborock Curv 2 Flow is my current favorite roller, with the MOVA Z60 as a very distant runner-up.

r/RobotVacuums · A Sneak Peek of The Eufy Omni S2 Robot Vacuum! Welcome To The Future of Robot Vacuum Technology! Part 2 of 2

In my opinion, the eufy app is easy to understand. Of course, I am accustomed to using it due to the fact I previously owned the S1 Pro and E25. I do own a Z60 and the Mova app has a lot of features to learn. Honestly I really like having all of the options. However, I can see where it could be overwhelming for someone that’s not “tech savvy”. I think the eufy app is easy to figure out even if you’ve never used a eufy product. It’s really pretty straightforward. Honestly, I think you could catch on to it quickly. I’m glad you found my post helpful, and let me know if you have any other questions.

r/RobotVacuums · How is Roborock Saros 10r working out for everyone

That is funny. I’ve tried a variety of vacuums and the z60 for me does everything well minus lower battery life but firmware is helping that and I don’t mind breaking up my jobs. The mopping is so much better than any spinning pad. As always - everyone’s needs and houses are different. The 10r was just too dumb but maybe they had fixed it in firmware and it dribbled water all over.

r/RobotVacuums · Black Friday Week Tips/Recommendations from a Robot Tester.

Oh okay! From what I've seen for pathing, Dreame and Mova robots usually just do the outer areas once (some exceptions), while most Roborocks do it twice. Juice stains are actually fairly easy to clean for robots I've noticed, a real challenge would be wine, grease or salt stains (from winter boots if you have snow where you are). I will say that most robot vacuums won't work flawlessly, but I get what you mean. It's disappointing to invest a lot into something, and it doesn't work as well as advertised. Most robot vacuums get like 70-80% of the job done, with some getting closer to 90% now. Love seeing that you're manually configuring it to your needs! That usually leads to the best clean. The AI features are nice to have, and for the most part work, but in my experience I've always found that manually creating my routines based on the state of my floors is better. For stains, I usually do a deep clean with the spot cleaning feature.

Oh interesting! Bizarre that it would stop rolling, maybe it was something mechanical that just needed to be loosened up with use. Still, I'd recommend keeping an eye on it while you're in your return period. Also, loose carpets and robots generally don't mix well, fixing it down will probably solve the issue. Was the juice still liquid? I know that some robots will avoid spills since they are not supposed to be run over them. Glad to hear you're satisfied with the first experience! Hoping it continues!

I haven't tested it, but I'm really excited to get more roller mops to test in 2026. It looks like a solid vacuum with the X50's body. I've seen some concerns of dock leaking with roller mops, so just keep that in mind and maybe keep a towel close by in case it does happen. If you do end up getting it, let me know how it is!

r/RobotVacuums · Black Friday Week Tips/Recommendations from a Robot Tester.

The juice stain was already dried and a bit sticky but also close to a door mat which caused the robot to only clean the outer area of my hallway once and the inner area a bit more intense. Will definitely keep an eye on it. For a thousand Euros I'm expect it to work flawlessly. But I manually configured the robot to clean with settings I provided. I've seen there is an automatic mode where the robot decides some parameters like amount of water or intensity of cleaning.

Just got it today and set it up immediately. I just have a Roborock S6 MaxV to compare it. At the first mop cleaning the robot stopped two times with a warning that the roller couldn't spin. This didn't appear afterwards anymore. What I immediately noticed, I have a pretty loose jute carpet on the floor. The robot had a hard time getting onto this. I configured the robot to perform a climb at this point and this actually solved it for now but that carpet moves a lot so I guess I have to fix it to the ground. Also I spilled some apple juice today which I didn't wipe away as I wanted to see if the robot will clean it up. Also I was hoping that the spot detection would have noticed the dirty part on my tiles. But the tiles are pretty noisy so I guess the robot cannot identify a dirty spot on those tiles. All in all the first experiences are quite nice. The mop result appears to be really good but I will test it further.

r/RobotVacuums · I'm a robot reporter, here's my Black Friday recommendations by price band

My experience with the dual spinning mops hasn't been too good (3 kids plus a pet - you could always see the marks from the mop on my tiles). So hoping that the roller system with continuous clean water will help there. Given that and the climbing ability my shortlist was a Mova Z60 or Dreame Aqua 10. The latter had some reviews talking about leaks, and the former adds some extra rollers etc for the same price.

r/RobotVacuums · Had Enough- Dreame Aqua 10 ultra is going back - what should I get as a replacement?

I wouldn’t say it had mildew, it’s fully dry and just doesn’t smell pleasant and that’s after a few days of use. My floors are actually quite well kept and I don’t have a dog. Put in mind that I’m constantly comparing to the S1 Pro that I lived with for a year and the Eufy’s roller always smelled like detergent and is always super clean. Maybe the ozonated water made a difference or the fact that the Z60 housing captures gunk that doesn’t automatically get cleaned. I also noticed that the base station gets dirty super fast on the Z60 as opposed to Eufy. Overall I don’t feel it’s the best design and I’m sure they’ll make changes for the 2nd generation, put in mind that people are paying more than a $1000 so it’s a big investment. I was super excited when I bought it and expected to keep it for the long run. The S1 Pro got so many things right that I’m having very high hopes for the S2 and frankly decided to just wait for it and pass on the current roller mop robots (although testing one from Costco soon just because).

r/RobotVacuums · Had Enough- Dreame Aqua 10 ultra is going back - what should I get as a replacement?

The funny thing is I got rid of my S1 Pro cause it had a filter inside that needed cleaning and I liked the idea of not having to do that maintenance, boy was I wrong. Apparently the lack of filter means that all that gunk goes in the nooks of the housing and on the fluffer. It’s really not pleasant at all doing that maintenance and it was a lot easier on the S1 Pro. They’ll just need to make different design decisions on those robots.

Thanks for the explanation. I did a quick check and it looks like both the Z60 and the Narwal Flow have 6400 mAh batteries. But yeah, two bots are going to be able to do more work than one. We have pets, but they don't really shed a lot so probably not an issue for us.

r/RobotVacuums · Which roller mop for 1st robot vacuum?

There certainly have been issues with both. when you put the MOVA Z60 side by side with something like the Dreame Aqua 10, some quirks really stand out. These are things that make me say: wait for the next generation. • Auto-Emptying System – The design is puzzling. Debris has to angle up through a weirdly small port, This causes dirt and long hair to get stuck instead of fully emptying. Several users have noted this. • No Dirt Detection Sensor – Unlike Dreame’s system, it can’t detect dirty water, so it won’t trigger a re-clean or rewash the roller when it should. Unthinkable at this price point. • No Pressure Control – The mop roller’s downward pressure is fixed; you can’t adjust it in the app. Unthinkable at this price point. • Mop Roller Drying – because of the way the base drying was designed it Doesn’t dry as effectively as the Aqua 10, leaving the roller damp for longer. • Threshold Struggles – Has trouble with 1.5-inch (steps and can get caught. • Dirty Scraper & Roller – Collects more debris and looks dirtier than Dreame’s design, even with fewer cleanings. Again, poor base station design here leads to ineffective self cleaning cycles • Water Dripping – Drips water while turning mid-clean. Several users have noted this • Brush Turning Off – The main brush occasionally cuts out, leaving small spots uncleaned. When you stack these against Dreame’s Aqua 10 — or even spinning mop robots in general — the differences are pretty glaring. Spinning mop robots don’t deal with these same quirks, and they require less hands-on maintenance. That’s why I’d say this generation of roller mops isn’t quite there yet. The concept is promising, but the execution still brings more problems, more maintenance, and more manual work than it should. If you’re interested, it’s probably smarter to wait for the next gen where these issues (hopefully) get ironed out.

not sure about spinning mops, it would be my first robot, i did read that with spinning mops it drags the dirt in them till it gets cleaned in the station while a rolling mop gets constantly cleaned. Tests do say it cleans pretty good. The mova Z60 is 1399€ and just got released, no way thats gonna get a huge discount
