So glad at least one Manufacturer is FINALLY going to streamline the naming so that consumers have some idea what they're getting. I'm a very happy C20 owner and will stick with that for now - my budget ceiling was $400 which is why I didn't get an X10 last November, even though I considered it - but it's good to see that Eufy is consolodating their offerings, which will make it so much easier to choose a model next time we need to upgrade (we have 3 units in different parts of the house which are blocked by the layout of stairs/doors etc). One feature I am REALLY hoping will be added soon is the ability to deactivate the roller for certain kinds of rugs - they seem to detect the different surfaces well now, but for softer area rugs and things like Ruggables it would be fantastic if the roller can be turned off for those and only suction used. Here's hoping that's on a future feature list for the app soon!

I work from home, every day my Omni C20 runs and everything is fine. I go to the store, or out of town, there is always something wrong with it. One day I found it in my sunken living room. It has never attempted to go there cuz it's SUNKEN so why the TF did it end up there. Today it was bumper stuck and it was not even pressed up against my bar stools. It is extremely annoying.

The same here. It is not responding to both app or physical button, then decide to perform all the activities at once, confused, going in circles getting stuck on things it avoided before, getting ‘lost’ and deleting the map right next to the charging base and once app reload the map is back 🤷♀️ and I got mine only since Christmas 🤷♀️ it started couple days ago also. Please keep us updated what they say

Came across this thread & wanted to add my experience with similar issues. Bought our C20 in May of 2025 and it was flawless for about 6 months. It dropped off Wi-Fi once and got lost under furniture a couple of times, but nothing major and has always done a great job. Starting in late November or early December 2025 it would just randomly lose its location or not be able to find the base station, or the battery would die while it was pointing at a door or wall even if it was a couple of feet away. I got notifications but it the battery was dead by the time I'd get home to check it out, so I'd put it back on the charger & try again the next day, but if it did have a charge and I hit Home it would find the base pretty quick. It reached a point where it's happening every two or three days, and will drive in circles trying to figure out where it was. We're getting errors for the map & found it had saved 9 of them, all pretty similar to each other, but some of the errors show it having no idea what room it was in, created new rooms not attached to any other rooms, or phasing through walls to vacuum the back yard apparently. I opened a support ticket & have them logs etc, but when I told them I couldn't really get video of intermittent issues they offered me a replacement without even trying wifi, soft, or factory resets. I see I'm on 1.3.81 and automatic updates were turned off, but they didn't even ask about or suggest updating the firmware. I've turned updates on & will see if I get notified for 1.4.2. I'm reluctant to mail it back for what definitely seemed like a software/firmware issue, even moreso after reading all this thread!

If you are referring to the justadad YouTube channel, cause I saw his reviews on the shark robots. It’s the reason why I went with shark due to how good he said it was with pet hair but he did have issues with shark and docking. I can say confidently that 100% of the times I have watched it dock it did it effortlessly. Not once did I watch it go in crooked or try to ram itself into the base. It has also never not found its base when it completed a task.

Our eufy C20 does it just fine. Well it remaps and forgets no go zones but it manages to make the map coherent at the end.

I’m on my 3rd C20. The first 2 stopped connecting to Wi-Fi completely if you as much as looked at them the wrong way. The 3rd has now been exhibiting this slow issue. I am on 1.4.2. The other day it just froze up completely and even holding the power button down did nothing. I left it a few hours and came back to it and it was like nothing had happened. It’s so unreliable.

Be careful about the warranty. I was told my warranty started when I purchased the original machine and does NOT start over with a replacement machine. Basically they just have to send you units that work just long enough to get you out of the warranty period.

Hi guys. It's funny 😆 most of these posts say 12 days ago and that's about the same time I turned off scheduled cleanings. I would wake up every morning to find it spinning or dead. It's been very stupid. Sensors are clean and I've kept up with maintenance. I deleted the map 😭 redid it, then also reset. Still being stupid. Even when I go into remote mode, doesn't work. Every command seems to have a delay.

I had the same issues, which continued to get worse every day. Today was absolutely terrible, eventually to the point where the device started showing as "offline" in the app and I could no longer control it at all. I followed the steps in the app to reset the wifi and... voila! Back to (mostly) normal like nothing ever happened. Time will tell if it sticks. Could be coincidental timing and Eufy resolved the issue, or it could have been a network issue all along. For reference, my robot's current firmware version is 1.3.85. TL;DR -- Reset the wifi on your robot by making sure it is powered on, then press and hold the home and power buttons at the same time for at least three seconds, until the indicator light changes color or starts flashing. Then follow the prompt in the app to reconnect to wifi. Let me know if this works for you!

Honestly ive been having issues too. Purchased in June of 2025 and its recently been slow to respond, the app has been glitchy and either not responding or super delayed. Use to when I first got it I could literally watch her move around on the map on my phone...now it wont update till shes already done a room 2x and started elsewhere. My app says it last updated at the end of December. Wonder if maybe that update is what's causing my issues. I am UTD on all maintenance and regularly clean her to make sure shes in tip top shape.

The prices seem high, but I see that you're not in the US, so I appreciate the effort in translating those prices. I'll point out a robot in your list that might be interesting: the Eufy C20. It's clearly a budget robot, and many of the more expensive robots are better, but reviews and user reports on the C20 seem to be positive. It's supposed to be a good value, and perform reasonably well. Just be sure that you can live with its limitations if you decide to go with that one. I'm a bit more cautious with Ecovacs and Mova. Ecovacs has had reported app and navigation issues, and Mova has been plagued with quality control problems. Mova, in particular, has a lot of fans, and I don't want to disrespect their positive results, but there seems to be a bit of luck involved with how positive your experience tends to be. Roborock and Dreame should give you good service, should you decide to go that way.
