Best buy ever. I paid 200 extra for the automatic water supply and draining and now it's even better. Cleans every day plus some extra days just vac on the afternoon and my house couldn't be cleaner. Would recommend 100%.

I have one. It´s runnig everyday, changing the water every day and once a week I clean it. It´s running great for me. Statistik says it has cleaned 23360m2 in 43163 minutes and did 563 cycles. I think the heat is important to clean the mop.

I bought the L10S Ultra Pro Heat last week on Amazon for $350 brand new and I genuinely can’t think of a better purchase for that price. Especially for a robot vacuum that’s already a few generations old by mid-2026. I don’t have carpets at home, so the relatively weaker suction power compared to newer flagships really isn’t a problem for me at all. And the extending mop feature is honestly such a cool feature in real use. I still can’t believe this thing only cost me $350. No idea why I didn’t buy one sooner lol

I believe the heat also gets a bit more suction power and the auto detect reclean and mop recleaning, these are only available with the clean genius which I hardly ever use though because you get a lot more customization with a custom cleaning. I would recommend it though depending on the price. I paid $500 USD, I would not pay the full retail price for it though. If it weren't heavily discounted I would go for a newer model that has a light and more suction. I haven't really had an issue with mine though. It pretty reliably avoids cables, not that I have any laying around but it goes near an outlet where cords are dangling on the ground and it sees those and doesn't go near. It also avoids getting too close to the shoe mat by the front door so it doesn't get caught in any loose shoelaces. If you have any carpeting though, go on AliExpress and buy yourself the tricut brush roll. The default rubber brush sucks for anything but hard flooring, and it gets tangled with hair very quickly. Im talking one cleaning cycle and it had big hairballs around the axle. The tricut brush doesn't have this issue, I can let it go weeks and I get a small wad of hair around the axle but it's never interfered with it I just clean the brush when I do the regular maintenance so I'm not sure how long I could let it go. If you're planning on running it at night I would get a smart light or something similar, it makes a big difference on cleaning speed and efficiency and avoiding obstacles. It will be able to clean without it just not as fast or as well. If you have any more questions I can try to answer them :)

I have the L10s Pro Ultra Heat too. Pro tip for you: go to AliExpress and buy the self-cleaning base. It 100% works for the L10s too and will cut down on having to clean the base.

One of the obstacles is simply a higher floor level in the bathroom - someone had the brilliant idea of laying tiles on top of the existing ones, so the bathroom floor ended up being 3–4 cm higher than the hallway. The second obstacle is a door frame, which is 4.5 cm high. Height differences (or obstacles) up to 2 cm aren't a problem, especially if you set a virtual threshold on the map. In that case, the robot approaches with a bit more speed and easily gets over it. I don’t have any high-pile carpets, so I can’t say if those would be an issue. With my carpets, it’s not a problem at all - even one that’s an antique silk rug. Even on the highest water setting, the amount of moisture is minimal. It's definitely not ideal, but since it doesn’t happen often, I don’t really mind. Apparently, setting a no-mop zone resolves the issue - though I haven’t tested this myself, as the base is on a carpet and I've read that the robot struggles to return if the no-mop zone is right in front of the station. As for how wet the floor gets — that depends on the app setting. You can choose a mop moisture level between 1 and 30. I run mine at 25, and both tile and wood floors are dry again within two minutes. The carpet doesn't even feel damp.

Love my L10s ultra heat. It’s cleaned 41,211m2 and still running perfectly. Iv replaced wearables frequently like brushes, filer and mop pads. It gets clean frequently and kept very clean which I attribute to its longevity. It’s been to the service centre twice; mop pump and front wheel replacement under warranty. It’s also taken a fall bouncing down 7 stairs and come out ok. Underrated

L10s Pro Ultra Heat is one of the most balanced ones. Hot water mop wash, hot air drying, extending mop, RGB camera. There isn't any other in that price range which has all of these.

I bought this model months ago and am very satisfied with it. It has exceeded my expectations. I run it every day and my home is approx 2000sq ft. I did buy replacement parts from a company that many recommended, and I won't do that again except maybe the side brush and possibly mop pads. I noticed dust in the compartment with generic bags, and I had to clean the filter behind the bag after a few days. This doesn't happen with Dreame bags. The generic mop heads are more absorbent, so I had to decrease the wetness setting a lot. I would recommend using filtered water or distilled water if you have hard water. This model works very well, and the hot water to clean mop heads works great. I recommended prior to using the robot for the first time that you vacuum and wash your floors. I started with clean floors, and my robot maintained them. I was thinking of buying a second one for my second floor, and I was looking at everything from Dreame from the L40 to the newest model. I am still seeing people having a lot of the same problems, so I am going to wait until they fix the bugs or possibly buy another L10S Pro Ultra Heat. You can have different maps for different floors the only thing is you have to manually carry your robot up & down the stairs for auto empty and mop washing. I have 2 floors, so it's not thar big of a problem. Also, remember to save maps and back them up. You also must have wifi 2.4GHZ it doesn't work on 5GHZ. Most modems have both

Its a good buy. Hot wash is useful for dislodging dirt from mop after every room, so i think its important. Buy extra mop pads and filters, then you can just swap them out after every cycle. Then throw the old one in the laundry which would clean it like new compared to the robot mop washing. This will also eliminate long hot air dry cycles. If you empty the bin and swap the filter then auto empty also becomes redundant.

I've had one since June 24 and I'm super happy with it. The heating function is for washing the mops in the base, and they come out very clean and smelling fresh after each wash cycle. The floors end up spotless, although it won’t remove dried-on stains in the kitchen - but that’s not something you'd expect from a robot vacuum anyway. It really sucks up everything in its path. We also use it on the porch, and it even picks up the occasional dry leaf - the rotating brush grinds it into small pieces. Today, I found an entire blister pack of tablets stuck underneath the brush - that’s how large some objects are that it tries to take in. Of course, I had to remove it manually because it couldn’t be fully suctioned. One thing I love is that I can create Alexa routines with it. That’s not specific to this model or to Dreame in general. The L10 always uses the last cleaning settings, in my case, I’ve set up a routine that includes starting the vacuum. Now I just have to say “Alexa, I’m gone” when I leave the house and it automatically starts cleaning (plus lights get turned off, alarm armed and so on...) I’m considering getting the X50 now solely because of the step-climbing feature - I have two thresholds that are too high for the L10. Otherwise, I’m extremely happy with it. Edit: forgot one thing. Every now and then my unit will mop the carpets, although the settings in the app clearly say otherwise. It seems to be a known issue others reported here as well.

Quel prix peut-on attendre?
Entre 350 et 500 USD, un bon équilibre prix-prestations selon les avis. La station d'auto-remplissage/vidage (+200 USD) améliore drastiquement le confort quotidien.
