r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Deals X9 deal is above, I wouldn't take it. Didn't love it. Roborock deals look good, they're still on embargo.
r/RobotVacuums · I'm a robot reporter, here's my Black Friday recommendations by price band yes, IMO. I thought the X9 was ok. But only ok. I thought both the Saros and x50 were great.
r/RobotVacuums · Big Deal Day Recommendations by Price Band - These are the robots I'd buy These ecovacs aren't my favorite, even when they're a good buy, but if you're committed to the brand, I'd still go w the X9. The main thing I noticed was how much better the vacuum was on the x9. Much better debris removal.
r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Recommendations by Price Band - These are the robots I'd buy I didn't love the X9. [https://lifehacker.com/tech/ecovacs-deebot-x9-pro-omni-review](https://lifehacker.com/tech/ecovacs-deebot-x9-pro-omni-review) but... many people have. I will say, it is one of the most beautiful towers I've seen. For vacuuming, the absolute top notch, for me, was the 3i, because it vacuumed up EVERYTHING. but w/o kids, if you've just got the avg dirt and dust around, you shouldn't need that. I'm a big fan of Roborocks... I like the vacuuming on the carpet and tile, and if you get a model with extending arms, they do a decent job getting into corners (but that's not something robots are good at, generally). For $1100, which is the price of the x9, I'd get you into a 3i or a 10R (a little stretch, but not bad).
r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Recommendations by Price Band - These are the robots I'd buy that's as low as its going to go, so buy it now if that's what you want. here's a link. [https://amzn.to/45Tgbrw](https://amzn.to/45Tgbrw)

r/RobotVacuums · Impressed with Deebot T80 Omni and comparison to Eufy E25 I also mostly agree with your findings and wrote about it separately just few days ago. I had an E25 and it does a number of things well, it cleaned fast and covered larger area without running out of battery, I didn’t have navigational issue with it either. What I find most annoying is that it did not collect dirty water from the roller mop effectively and most of it was left on the floor to evaporate. The E25 has two plastic scrapers that are part of the onboard dirty water tank structure, they are fixed in place scrapping against the roller. On the Ecovacs X9, the scraper is a stainless steel metal piece mounted on spring pushing it against the roller. This is pretty significant design difference, I don’t think the E25/28 will ever be as effective. On the revised tank they sent you, they are probably tuning the spacing between the scraper and roller, if it’s too tight it might make the motor stuck, if it’s too loose it won’t scrape the roller effectively. In my opinion the spring loaded scraper design on the Ecovacs X9/T80 is superior. The Ecovacs X9 also does a better job cleanings its roller, keeps it free of odour because of hot water washing, and it keeps the base station mop washing tray cleaner than the Eufy E25. There is a dirty water tray on the robot next to the mop which is also removable and easier to clean in my opinion.
r/RobotVacuums · Eufy E25 quick review I’ve only used it once so far but there is no noticeable difference yet
r/RobotVacuums · Eufy E25 quick review The prime day sale is probably what pushed me to get X9 otherwise I would have gotten T80. X9 probably has a bit better obstacle avoidance at least on paper but who knows what difference it makes. I’m definitely keeping the X9 over the E25 now.

r/RobotVacuums · Help me choose: Dreame vs. Ecovacs (or other) for $800? Focus on mopping. If mopping is your priority, go with the x9. Roller mop is better than spinning pads for actual scrubbing. App is fine once you get used to it, and the self-cleaning dock actually works. My x9 has been solid.

r/RobotVacuums · Eufy E25 Omni Vs Ecovacs X9 pro vs Mova P50 pro ultra Good to know. All three seem to perform well in object detection. I'm just curious if spending 100 euros more for the X9 or E25 is worth it.

r/RobotVacuums · Which robot to choose? Eufy x10 pro omni, or something else? U mean the eufy x10? That’s one tier lower than the e25 since its using the older spinning mops and lower vacuum suction power For $565 only I’d get the e25 since u get all the latest technology (except the ability to climb over ledges which the ecovacs x9 and mova z60 has )
r/RobotVacuums · Which robot to choose? Eufy x10 pro omni, or something else? Alternatively if there is no huge discount for the Z60, get the ecovacs X9 as it has the same roller mop technology

r/RobotVacuums · Which robot to choose? Eufy x10 pro omni, or something else? The z60 is hard to get here and super expensive at the one place it sells at. The X9 is 899$ but there is a returned/demo ex at 720$.

r/ecovacs · ECOVACS DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone - Real world feedback requested I have the x9 similar robot. Honestly it is a good robot. I have experienced better mopping from nova z50 but that robot gave me headache with faults. X9 maps well and it is hands off experience that is most important to me.it just works... As I am tech geak and have big home wirh pers i have x11 and narval flow on the way for test. Cold not resist black Friday.... Pros. Navigation Vacuuming Selv empty works always even if dusr bag is full App is ok not perfect Obstacle avoidance is great 👍 Maintanance easy Charges fast even the x9..... x11 crazy Cons Could clean better in corners Mopping water consumption must be set to higher 40/45 to mop better. Remove small filter in dirty water tank it can clog and fails to empty completely same on x11 Robot avoided pet hair bunnies until I reduced sensitivity for Obstacle avoidance.

r/RobotVacuums · Eufy e25 or Ecovacs X9 pro omni Don't really know much about Eufy. For me, my x9 helped a lot on sticky spots on the floor, they usually come off in one pass. So if you're mostly after mopping and strong suction, the x9 would be nice.

r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Recommendations from a Robot Tester We haven't tested ours yet, but I imagine it would be an iterative upgrade, most likely. I'm borrowing the X8 at home right now (small apartment, all hardwood floors) and I really like it so far. Its obstacle avoidance is mid however, and it really loves to go for my cables. Not sure if the obstacle avoidance is improved on the X9.

r/RobotVacuums · The MOVA V50 Pro Ultra — Vacuum Wars' New #1 Robot Vacuum V50 is down to #4 place now. Could you please let us know why it was downgraded for? Interested because I just returned the Ecovac T80 (similar mop system etc to the X9) after seeing the Mova V50 performed the best lol. Now I have Mova V50 and P10 pro ultra - haven't opened either but I was planning on keeping one and sending the other back. Debating because of price difference but also now that V50 is downgraded. If you were to only buy one robot mop and be done with it, which one would it be? Is the recommendation back to Ecovac X9 (since it just went back up to #1 place)? Also I saw Mova had better navigation results elsewhere where they trashed Ecovac navigation skills but I see Ecovac does better at Robot Wars. I know different test scenarios will give different results but got to say this is mad confusing trying to get the best one lol xD Also are ya'll doing a video review for this soon? Have to start returning the ones I bought soon before the deadline so just curious. Thanks!

r/RobotVacuums · ECOVACS DEEBOT X9 PRO Omni Praise I’ll second this. We’ve had ours for a month and it’s been running great. We have a toddler so it’s going through the wringer, both in term of mess and obstacles. I’m honestly amazed at how well it cleans the floor. My only complaint is that the maintenance is slightly more of a pain in the ass than our previous qrevo. The voice assistant is also bizarrely verbose.

r/RobotVacuums · How Can We ( Vacuum Wars) Catch Real-World Issues in Robot Vacuum Reviews? So one thing I think could be easily tested in mopping is for streaks on different floor surfaces. Example below, I bought the Ecovacs X9 Pro Omni on your #1 rating and although it mopped really well when it dried it started leaving streaks after the 2-3 run. It would be great if you could test for something like tat on various surfaces. (The streaks appear to be caused by the rakes that are built into the rolling mop cleaner tray as they line up perfectly.) I ended up returning the Ecovacs x9 and got the Saros 10R instead and couldn't be happier, no streaks and a lot less noisy to boot https://preview.redd.it/3xzu35iz94df1.jpeg?width=2035&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=375dfb8e2126838a62c8ba9a67a9b37d17c6742d

r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Deals I need super thorough mopping with super clean mop, as I have children that would even lick the floor. Just got a x9 today and the mopping is very very good on hardwood, coming from a s7 at least, and has hot water cleaning. I was second thinking S10 ultra, but might stick to this in the end. Not really sure....

r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Deals Thanks for tracking all these sales! Trying to decide the best choice for my situation. I'm looking for a robovac mostly for good mopping abilities - need something that doesn't leave streaks on my dark laminate floors and can clean/dry it's own pads. Was originally thinking about the X9 Pro Omni because the roller seems pretty good, but maybe the Curv or the S8 MaxV Ultra might be better? Though the latter is not on sale.

r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Recommendations by Price Band - These are the robots I'd buy Hi Amanda, a big thank you from Italy! Unfortunately, I returned the Dreame X50 Ultra—not because I didn’t like it (it’s a great device), but I found the mopping performance a bit underwhelming. The vacuuming was good, but I still felt a slight “film of fine dirt” under my feet. I have a house of about 140 sqm, almost entirely wood parquet, except for the two bathrooms, which are porcelain stoneware. I don’t have many low furniture pieces—in the kitchen, the plinth is about 12 cm high, same for the bathroom fixtures—so I don’t have big clearance needs. I also don’t have many pets, and only two bath mats that I can easily remove when cleaning. I’ve also purchased a separate vacuum cleaner for complementary use. Budget isn’t a big issue, and I really like the idea of a robot with a rolling mop, which is why I was considering the **Ecovacs X9 Pro Omni**. However, I’m hesitant because replacement brushes are not available on the official website, and it seems you can’t mop only, without vacuuming first or during. Would you recommend waiting for upcoming products from other brands, or should I go ahead and get the Ecovacs during Prime Day? I was also interested in the **Mova V50 Ultra Complete**, but it seems very similar to the Dreame X50. What do you suggest?

r/RobotVacuums · Prime Day Deals Glad I saw this. Almost pulled the trigger today on a Dreame X50, which Dreame is selling on eBay new for $1,100. Agree on the X9. Returned mine after 3 days. Horrible battery, tiny dust bin, picked up virtually zero dog hair off my area rug. Marginally better than the Dreame L10 it replaced, which replaced the X9 after I returned it.

Another Vacuum Wars special. Went to the site to compare the ratings to the previous #1, the Ecovacs X9. The V50 has a lower score in these categories: \-features \-mopping performance \-obstacle avoidance \-pet \-navigation \-performance Only in battery does it has a higher score So worse score in all but ONE category but it is somehow deemed the best by them because: reasons. Just make it make sense. Your site reminds me of those that say 2+2 can equal 5 just because they feel like it could and they think their feelings trump reality. Maddening how there are still so many people at this sub that value what Vacuum Wars says and their bizarre ranking system that isn't even based on their actual testing scores. I'll add I do not own either vacuum nor do i truly care if one is better than the other. I just want stuff to actually make sense.
They may not get a bribe but they seem to just be "out there" when it comes to their ranking system. You can go look at the test scores of both this and their previous top, the X9, and see the X9 has HIGHER scores in all but battery life. So they have effectively put an objectively worse performing robot as their top choice because: reasons. It's simply a joke of a website that sadly, too many still put importance and value in.
And you can go look at the scores at the VW website and see this has LOWER scores in EVERY category save for battery compared to their previous top choice, the X9. I repeat, lower scores in EVERY category save for one. But yeah, it's a "conspiracy" to call them out for stuff that makes no sense at all... Also have to "lol" at you bringing up Just a Dad. That guy is almost as bad as Vacuum Wars with his videos and "reviews." His entire channel is geared around pumping out as many videos as he can each day (while recycling a lot of content in the videos) to try and get views and pushing whatever is the latest product he reviewed. It's really no wonder so many get frustrated with this industry and the choices because they have these jokers as people they turn to for reviews, feedback, and info. Jamie Andrews is one of the few who is actually worth listening to.
