  If at all it helps. My environment is tricky with thin carpets and tiles / hardwood. I tried ecovacs x9 pro (2 units) and then t90 pro. Thought this was it and i agree that for the price it had all the features i needed. But none of the robots would cross the carpet to mop in Mop after Vac mode and none of these had mop only mode. Spent twice the budget on narwal flow 2. Love the navigation, goes to the areas to mop that ecovacs would never go. The narwal did fall down the stairs (they're sending a replacement unit and free accessories), but so did x9 pro omni (like I said i have a tricky space). I'm still within the return window and questioning the expensive narwal purchase, but definitely better than t90 pro for my space.

  It sounds a little loud but also relative to normal sound of my x9. Washing the mop makes a noticeable sound. Really need decibel level I guess.

  Don't really know much about Eufy. For me, my x9 helped a lot on sticky spots on the floor, they usually come off in one pass. So if you're mostly after mopping and strong suction, the x9 would be nice.

  I’ll second this. We’ve had ours for a month and it’s been running great. We have a toddler so it’s going through the wringer, both in term of mess and obstacles. I’m honestly amazed at how well it cleans the floor. My only complaint is that the maintenance is slightly more of a pain in the ass than our previous qrevo. The voice assistant is also bizarrely verbose.

  So one thing I think could be easily tested in mopping is for streaks on different floor surfaces. Example below, I bought the Ecovacs X9 Pro Omni on your #1 rating and although it mopped really well when it dried it started leaving streaks after the 2-3 run. It would be great if you could test for something like tat on various surfaces. (The streaks appear to be caused by the rakes that are built into the rolling mop cleaner tray as they line up perfectly.) I ended up returning the Ecovacs x9 and got the Saros 10R instead and couldn't be happier, no streaks and a lot less noisy to boot <image>
