2 days isn’t enough to give a proper review. A lot of these vacuums start off great and slowly start forgetting maps etc.

Independent-Net-9012r/NARWAL · Flow 2 vs Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni →2026-05-15
I have the F2 and the T90 (Narwal main level Ecovacs finished basement) The F2 is a much better navigator than the T90 The T90 is much slower, bumps into a lot of things, has a problem with my 2 large throw rugs (the F2 is the only robot I’ve ever owned that confidently vacuums them each and every time) and gets stuck on our floor vents occasionally Don’t get me wrong - the T90 vacuums and mops VERY well It’s just nowhere near as smart as the F2

Not sure what is less efficient in navigation. The F2 is much more efficient than the Deebot. Certainly you can do the T90, but i dont know what you're saving other than $. Worse mop, worse navigation and you have to clean the tank. If that's worth $300, good on ya. Weird your account is days old...

Neither really had issues either getting around, but the T90 would be my pick as it had better obstacle avoidance. Vacuuming was better on the RR. RR app and maps were much better. My threshold is right at 3.5 cm and the T90 was better, but not as good as my Narwal. I’d have kept the RR most likely although I mainly have hard floors (wood and tile) and so the Narwal is best as it’s the best mop. If I had more than 1 area rug, the RR would be my choice with Ramos put in place for the thresholds. The RR is by far the most solidly built. All of the base statins are capable, but the RR is missing auto dosing of detergent. The base station of the RR is the best looking of the 2. Why aren’t you considering the Narwal? Just curious. I wish it came in white. The main reason I didn’t keep the T90 was my history with Ecovacs for customer service.

Thanks for the detailed write up. The navigation around chair legs is where a lot of bots fall short. Good to hear it handles that well.

I have 2 older iRobots that don't mop. I am looking at the t90 too. The thing that is pushing me to ECOVACS over Dreame is the Android App reating. Dreame is SO low. ECOVACS is stellar. Tired of the crappy iRobot app.

Definitely, the T90 has wider roller mop coverage, and obstacle avoidance has been refined in the latest T90 and X12.

Dude you comment this on every single post lol. My T90 has been literally flawless on all my floral patterned rugs. Honestly, it’s done better than 95% of all flagship robots I’ve tested. I hated EcoVacs for the same reason as you - my X8 and T50 were a busy. X8 left streaks and water all over the floor when it turned around and the T50 was just a nightmare and couldn’t do anything correct. The T90 is insanely good in my home. So good in fact, I chose it over the Narwal Flow 2, Roborock Curv 2 Flow, Mova Z60, and I’m trying it against the Aqua 10 now and it’s better in many ways. I disabled AIVI 4.0 to see what would happen and saw no change really, so I think those things are somewhat gimmicky. Anyways, I get that you had a bad experience, but there’s a lot of ppl out here using the T90 successfully…maybe you got a shit unit by bad luck.

The roller mop system does seem to handle edge cleaning more effectively than the dual-disc designs.

In the same boat. Leaning towards T90 Omni Pro, despite Ecovacs having a very poor record with customer service.

I also got it with the prime deal, but I jumped the gun in their pre deal round when it was 549, I thought that was low enough it wouldn’t go lower ! The robot itself is great, but the app could be improved, it’s got a few glitches. This is such an improvement over my roomba I7 that was loud and terrible with mapping

MOVA V50 Ultra wins in longer warranty, better carpet cleaning & Anti Tangle brushes and obstacle avoidance. The T90 Pro OMNI would win the mopping category and battery life but the difference doesn't really justifying spending that much more. Get the V50 Ultra

The t90 is good, its not $500 better than the V50. And good point, it has triple the warranty.

Statisticia25r/NARWAL · Flow 2 vs Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni →2026-05-16
I have both vacuums. The ecovacs does better in the corners. I dont have problems with navigation but that probably varies from home to home with the layout and obstacles. The price is attractive too for something that will be outdated in 6 to 9 months. My only gripe is the battery drains faster but in return it charges super fast. If I had to return one it would be the flow 2 but it's upstairs. My main floor is catered to ecovacs purely because of its cleaning corners, a tad bit better vaccum suction and I can run two cycles quickly with the fast charging. Good luck!

Should I buy it and test it? I’m running the T90 and Aqua 10 right now. T90 and X12 are basically the same thing aside from the spray nozzles and the bagless dock. Same general cleaning hardware, same AIVI nav, etc. My T90 is the bomb.com as far as cleaning goes. Gets under all my cabinets and does great vacuuming all the dog hair out of our rugs and off the hard floor. Mops great. Navigates great. Fast charging is amazing. Clears the dust bin without issue, and the mop tray is the easiest to clean out of all the robots I’ve tried + I actually appreciate that. It’s a dull gray color because it doesn’t show our white dog hair and all the other dirty stuff as easily as a black or solid white tray does. I used to absolutely despise Ecovacs, but the T90 has been absolutely amazing. I’m assuming the X12 is great too but there’s spray jet thing seems a little silly to me and I wouldn’t know if I’d find practical use for it tbh

Don’t do it lol. Their Nav 4.0 is a totally blunder, the T90 and X12 have issues navigating ontop of area rugs. And their support has no answers for the issue.
